Does Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown have New Game Plus?

Many players who are in the middle of or about to start Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown may be wondering if the game features a New Game Plus mode.

New Game Plus is a popular feature in many video games, allowing you to start the story again without losing your ability, level, or gear progress. Some older Prince of Persia games have featured the mode, but does The Lost Crown also have it? 

Is there a New Game Plus mode in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown?

After completing Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, I found that it features no New Game Plus mode, meaning if you want to replay, you'll have to start over completely. 

When you finish the game, you are able to reload your completed save and explore the map for more collectibles, or to speak to NPCs for some unique post-game dialogue, but that appears to be all.

It's possible that a NG+ mode will be added to the game in the future, however, the developer Ubisoft Montpellier has not publicly said anything hinting at this. 

It's common for modern games to receive modes like this after release, so we'll make sure to update this guide if it is ever confirmed.
