The release date for Meet Your Maker Sector 2: Shattered Peak is Tuesday, September 26, 2023. This is just around the corner, meaning players will not have to wait long to try out the new content.

This is a free update, meaning all fans will get to try out the new content when it goes live in a few days.

As the name suggests, Shattered Peak takes the game to the freezing heights of the mountains. In Sector 2, players will be able to build their bases in frigid, icy wastelands, which should make a pleasant change from the arid deserts.

With a new locale come some new looks, as the new location comes with new building materials. These include ice blocks which you can use to build, and likely send your invaders sliding with. New props are coming with the update, as well as new decals to customise the look of your frozen base.

The new location needs a new Custodian built for the cold, which is where the Overseer comes in. This new Custodian is certainly dressed for the freezing temperatures, but if they are ready for what is to come remains to be seen.

For one thing, they will have to contend with the new Assassin guard, a monstrous-looking creature with giant razor blades for arms.

Fans will also be able to get their hands on the Shatter Peak Cosmetic Collection, which has skins for the Overseer, the Volt Lancer weapon, and several building material cosmetics.
