The date and time of the Hisuian Samurott Samurott Raid Day will be Sunday, December 3, 2023 from 2PM to 5PM local time in Pokemon GO.
As confirmed on the event's blog post, you'll be able to take on the formidable boss in 3-Star Raids you find on the map.

Yes, Hisuian Samurott can be Shiny in Pokemon GO. Not only that, but the Raid Day event will offer you an increased chance of encountering a Shiny variation as well, so now's a perfect time to go hunting for one!
Other bonuses in the Samurott Raid Day
In addition to the increased odds of finding a Shiny, taking part in the Hisuian Samurott Raid will earn you the following Pokemon GO bonuses:
- You'll find Hisuian Samurott appearing more frequently in 3-Star Raids
- You can get up to five extra free Raid Passes when spinning Gym Photo Discs
- The Remote Raid Limit will be raised to 20 from Saturday, December 2, 2023, at 4PM until Sunday, December 3, 2023, at 7PM PST.

The Hisuian Samurott Raid Day will also have an event ticket for sale at the price of $5 (or the equivalent in your local currency) in the Pokemon GO shop.
Buying this ticket will give you the following additional bonuses from 2PM to 10PM on December 3:
- You can get eight additional Raid Passes when spinning Gym Photo Discs (14 in total)
- You'll gain 50% extra XP from Raid Battles
- There'll be increased odds of getting Rare Candy XL
- You'll gain double Stardust from Raid Battles
