It has also been leaked that a new card concept named 'Road to the Final Rewind' will be released. It will apparently act in a similar manner to Flashbacks and Player Moments, celebrating famous moments in historic Champions League games.

It appears that the upgrade path for Road to the Final cards is slightly different this year, incorporating different boosts to the standard stat increases.
Here is the leaked upgrade path for the FIFA 23 Road to the Final:

- Qualify for Quarter Finals: One Inform Upgrade
- Qualify for Semi Finals: One Inform Upgrade + Three New Traits
