Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time is spinning and jumping on to our consoles on October 2, and will include all of the nostalgic gameplay we know and love, as well as new features and additions. Play as Crash or his sister Coco, and defeat arch-nemesis Doctor Neo Cortex.

Obviously, any OG gamer worth their salt will be picking up this title on October 2, but what about the price?

How much is crash bandicoot 4?

Crash Bandicoot 4 is console-only, meaning it is only available to purchase and play on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One.

On the PS Store, the game is available to pre-order for £59.99 ($59.99), and if you do choose to buy the game digitally, you will receive the Totally Tubular Skins for Crash and Coco, as well as skins 'Marsupus Erectus' and 'Serious Upgrade'.

Xbox players can also pick up the digital Standard Edition for £59.99 ($59.99), but this version only includes the Totally Tubular Skins.

Physical disc versions are also available at retailers for £54.99.

Will crash bandicoot 4 have microtransactions?

There were rumours that Crash Bandicoot 4 would have microtransactions, after a page on the Microsoft Store appeared suggesting the title would have in-game purchases, possibly skins.

However, developer Toys For Bob clarified that this was not the case on Twitter.

It may become the case that the developers decide to include in-game purchases such as skins later on down the line, but for now, spin into action on October 2, grab your Totally Tubular Skins for Crash and Coco, and enjoy Crash Bandicoot 4!
