To get the Cirrus Buried Treasure, walk toward the large stone bridge in Cirrus. You can find this directly after speaking to Scott Nebula by turning and walking forward. Just before the bridge, there is also an NPC called, Neviro, so if you see him, you are going the right way.
After arriving at the bridge, jump off the right side, where you can see a tree next to a building. If you land in the right spot, you can also find a note. Once you are sure you are at the right place, take out your shovel and start digging between the tree and rock slabs, and you should find the buried treasure.
For some extra loot, you can also head directly under the bridge to find some more chests and other treasures.
