The Apex Legends Threat Level Event is the first event of Season 17: Arsenal. This particular event follows the classic Apex Legends formula of offering limited-time cosmetics, modes, and a free reward tracker! This primer will cover the Apex Legends Threat Level Event in its entirety.

Apex Legends Threat Level Event: Start and end date

The latest Apex Legends event, Threat Level, kicks off on May 23 and runs until June 6, 2023. This'll give players two weeks to engage in all the festivities!

One of the draws of the Threat Level Event is a dedicated playlist highlighting a limited-time mode (LTM) voted for by the community. Of the three voting options, Control, TDM, and Gun Run, Apex Legends Control won!

If you're a fan of TDM and Gun Run and disappointed with the result, don't worry because these LTMs aren't going anywhere. Apex Legends Mixtape will still be available while the Threat Level Event is live, with TDM-Unshielded replacing Control's spot.

What's an Apex Legends event without skins and other cosmetics? The Threat Level Event offers a slew of brand-new themed Legend and weapon skins for players to acquire, plus some accessory items like banner frames and holosprays.

For whatever reason, the Threat Level Event is not a Collection Event. So, all the Threat Level Event cosmetics are instead featured in the game's Store tab.

Each of the Legendary Threat Level bundles includes a cosmic-themed Legend and weapon skin, a banner frame, and a holospray. There are a few other cosmetics listed individually too!

Below is a list of the limited-time Store tab offerings available during the Apex Legends Threat Level Event:

  • Phantom Phaser bundle
  • Deep Space Scientist bundle
  • Gilded Sentinel bundle
  • Eternal Reign bundle
  • Golden Grenadier bundle
  • Noxious Nobleman  bundle
  • Gilded Guardian bundle
  • Victorious Vermin sticker
  • Take Us to Your Kill Leader holospray
  • The Ol' One Two Punch holospray

These bundles contain Legend skins for Wraith, Horizon, Pathfinder, Ash, Fuse, Caustic, and Newcastle. The weapon skins consist of camos for the Sentinel, Charge Rifle, Triple Take, Hemlok, Rampage, Wingman, and L-Star.

The Threat Level Event Store tab cosmetics are pricey, with the Legendary Threat Level bundles coming in at 2,950 Apex Coins a pop. For players not willing to pay such a hefty fee, know that there is a free reward tracker available!

You can earn up to 1,600 points per day toward the Threat Level reward tracker by completing daily challenges. For your efforts, you will unlock two weapon charms, two holosprays, a Spitfire skin, and a Crypto skin.

That sums up the Threat Level Event. Celebrate the launch of Apex Legends Season 17: Arsenal with the Threat Level Event, coming to Apex Legends on May 23, 2023.
