With the passing of the FIFA brand, EA FC marked its new era via a collaboration with sporting giants Nike, as the two partners joined forces to bring exclusive items to the game during its early access period.

Nike Mad Ready saw a range of kits added to the football game alongside some exclusive and decorative cards to Ultimate Team, including new looks for Virgil Van Dijk and Sam Kerr, to name a few.

Now, Nike and EA FC 24 are continuing the fruitful relationship, with the attire brand launching more customisation features to the title. It'll be available across Ultimate Team, Pro Clubs, and VOLTA.

As of April 25, Nike and EA Sports FC are launching "What The FC" to create a "one-of-a-kind experience that takes football to places it’s never been before."

The collaboration will see colourful, vintage, and custom Nike-produced kits across all three of EA FC 24's online game modes. This includes kits and Stadium effects, which will prove quite popular for those players who love a bit of flair.

What The FC will have two headline Kit and Stadium collections, the first being the "Nike Air Max Collection", inspired by legendary Nike Air Max innovations and featuring Vinicius Jr., Sam Kerr, and Erling Haalnd.

The second will be the "Heritage Collection", paying homage to the icons and legends of the game, such as Mia Hamm, Ronaldinho, and Ronaldo. For the most part, players will be heading to Ultimate Team to see the collab in its full force. Here, they'll also find special Objectives to work through, which will grant must-needed XP to get through the Season 6 pass.

"WHAT THE FC blurs the virtual and real worlds of football culture, through designs that celebrate Nike and EA SPORTS FC heritage, as worn by stars of the game, past and present," said DJ Jackson, VP of franchise Strategy and Marketing, in a statement provided to the press. The collab will launch on April 25.
