Call of Duty: Warzone has been a breath of fresh air for the community, almost revitalising the franchise. Over 75 million players have dove into Verdansk, as Activision pushed the limits of a battle royale to new heights.

Despite the blockbuster game being one of Call of Duty's best-sellers, the game wasn't as smooth as meets the eye. Countless bugs and glitches have plagued Warzone, turning Captain Price into Moses, as we look to part the Red Sea and lead the troops into the Cold War era.

Activision's latest addition to Warzone was through the Haunting of Verdansk limited-time event, cascading the map into the darkness and raising the dead to hunt down the living. With a hop, skip, and a jump scare, the Halloween event has been well received, even if it has taken the focus away from the standard battle royale mode.

The usual light-time mode, however, has been left unattended and multiple glitches have popped up. The most recent glitch has been circulating on Reddit, rendering players incapable of shooting. The Warzone loadout glitch has caused players to have the "capturing" animation on their screen after choosing their loadout, although it is not complete. This then results in players being able to move from the loadout with their guns and equipment, yet they cannot use them.

Branded as "Warzone Glitch #67242", user "tharimrattler" showcased how his loadout, which coincidentally landed on top of a lampost sign, was never fully secured, meaning the player couldn't use any of his guns.

What rubs salt into the wounds is that by the end of the clip, the player was able to slip through the net of an advancing team, and would have been able to wipe the squad from the game should he have had the capability to do so. One down, the glitch also remained, meaning that this would not be a quick fix for the glitch.

With Activision focused on the Haunting of Verdansk, lets hope they can revert their attention and fix the fundamentals of Warzone.
