Knockout City is the fast-paced dodgeball multiplayer game from EA, which has teams playing a lightning-fast match on the rooftops of the city. Power up your throws, KO your opponents, and more - all with customisable characters.

Knockout City is a team-based game, where you're tasked with battling it out with other Crews across skyscraper rooftops, busy streets, and even a construction site.

Available to play on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, and with all-new Contracts, Playlists, and content to enjoy, many dodgeball enthusiasts are wondering - is Knockout City free?

While the game released officially on May 21, it remains in a free trial period on all platforms until May 30, after which time it will be £17.99/$19.99 (for the Standard or 'Block Party Edition') and £24.99 for the Deluxe Edition. 

Both editions come with collectable items. The Block Party Edition includes:

  • Epic Hairstyle: Locked Horns
  • Epic Glasses: LED the Way
  • Epic Glider: Mach 1
  • Epic bonus content: Calling In Reinforcements

Is knockout City on EA Play?

With an active subscription to EA Play, Knockout City can be yours for as little as £3.99 a month (or £19.99 for 12 months).
