When you think about how many cosplayers are actually out there, it's always fun to find someone who is so good that it makes you do a double take. Well, this cosplayer impressed so much, that he managed to get the attention of the makers of the game itself.

What Did The Geralt Of Rivia Cosplay Look Like?

Maul Cosplay is a very talented Geralt of Rivia cosplayer, (from The Witcher, in case you weren't aware) and managed to grab the attention of both CD PROJEKT RED and Netflix, to be part of the announcement for Witchercon.

In several Instagram posts, the cosplayer shared images of himself in the bathtub (a cheeky nod to some players' favourite scene), while also promoting the event. He managed to nail not only the hair and (obviously) face, but also the classic scar.

What Did Fans Say About The Geralt Of Rivia Cosplay?

Well, as you can probably imagine, there were a lot of jokes regarding 'hot tub streams', but unusually for the internet, it appears pretty much everyone agreed that Maul nailed it.

As Maul has a lot of tattoos on his left arm in real life, the transformation took a lot of cover-up to achieve. That's the dedication it takes to get ready to sit in a bath in front of thousands of people, I guess.

He's shared lots of behind-the-scenes footage on his Instagram account, where he also shows off the other characters that he transforms into - such as Jason Momoa's Aquaman.

On his Instagram page, he confirmed that the makeup for Aquaman takes upwards of ten hours, so we dread to think how long Geralt would take.

You can keep up to date with Maul's cosplay through his social media, where he regularly updates his fans on his latest projects.
