Black Ops Cold War: Zombies Wonder Weapons
The Call of Duty: Zombies experience is never complete without the deadly wonder weapons. Over the years, Treyarch has graced us with the likes of the Ray Gun, Wunderwaffe, and the Thundergun, all of which had the capacity to wipe waves of zombies out in just a couple of blasts. But which wonder weapons are in the Black Ops Cold War: Zombies map “Die Maschine”?
Black Ops Cold War: Zombies Wonder Weapons - RAY GUN
The ray gun is back again and better than ever. This time it comes with a huge blast of nostalgia. Found within the magic box as per usual, you first get the Ray Gun in its original form. However, with the ability to pack-a-punch, the Ray Gun goes through the gears and can be transformed into the Porters X2 Ray Gun. Here, you can upgrade it multiple times, and upon its third and final upgrade, the Ray Gun decimates any zombie in just a single shot. The maximum health a zombie can have is 30,001, which is remarkable when a base XM4 does just 66 damage, but a pack-a-punched Ray Gun upgraded to Tier 3 will disintegrate the undead without having those pesky crawlers gnawing at your ankles.
Black Ops Cold War: Zombies Wonder Weapons - Decompressive Isotopic Estrangement (D.I.E) Machine
The D.I.E Machine is exclusive to the map of its namesake, “Die Machine”. Brought in for its very first taste of zombies, the weapon looks similar to the Thundergun but packs a very different punch. It resonates closely to a combination of both the Wunderwaffe and the Thundergun but has the ability to absorb zombies to reload, making the ammo unlimited. As long as there are zombies on the map, they can feed and be blasted by this wonder weapon.
Black Ops Cold War: Zombies Wonder Weapons - MONKEY BOMBS
Yes, Monkey Bombs are back too. In their simplistic form, Monkey Bombs attract nearby undead towards the crashing of cymbals and high-pitched music, like a dog to a whistle. With a huge explosion, the Monkeys will clear the area and take the heat from off of your shoulders.
You can also get killstreaks in Black Ops Cold War: Zombies, which will see the return of a fire bow, but this isn’t quite as powerful as the elemental bows from Der Eisendrache.
