Who needs to activate hacks and cheats in Apex Legends, when a handful of characters do that job for you? The ever-growing battle royale has managed to stay clear from the pesky hackers that plague the likes of Warzone by gifting players wallhacks through selected Legends such as Bloodhound and Seers, and now another 'wallhack' character is on its way, according to NRG streamer Brandon "aceu" Winn.

The former Apex Legends professional and now full-time streamer has hinted that the next character to come to the Outlands is going to be someone with wallhacks, despite the growing call from the community that these 'scan' legends should be nerfed - or removed.

'Maggie' is set to be the new character in Apex Legends Season 12

With the likes of Bloodhound and the new huntress Ash both boasting places in the top five most-picked characters of Season 11, it appears that Respawn Entertainment is sticking with the recon class to operate through Storm Point.

As many dataminers have predicted that 'Maggie' - Fuse's former companion - will be the next character to feature in the ever-expanding list of legends, Aceu has dropped the bomb that a wallhack ability may be coming too.

Taking to a recent stream, the Apex Legends fanatic said, "I’m pretty sure the next character also has a wallhack ability, could be wrong, definitely could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure."

Apex Legends Maggie Abilities Leaked

Having been found within the files as "madmaggie" and expected to be landing as the new character in Apex Legends Season 12, Maggie's abilities have been hard to come by.

YouTuber "Thordan Smash" did find that a previously datamined, yet unreleased, legend "Husaria" has many similarities to those of Maggie that we've seen in Fuse's lore videos. The abilities of Husaria included a Shotgun Kick (passive), a Tactical Flashbang (tactical), and a Sonic Wave (ultimate) - the latter of which could be what Aceu is referring to with the wave expected to be able to travel through walls to disable traps and stun opponents.

Whether the theory will come true is yet to be seen, but what does seem clear is that whichever legend is landing, their abilities will include yet another move that can pass through walls. Like there isn't already enough legends with that skill set.
