The Crew was released back in 2014 and built up a solid fanbase over the years and even warranted a sequel in 2018. With a wide-open world to explore, seamless online multiplayer, and iconic landmarks to race around, it quickly became a much-beloved title in racing communities.

Now, in 2023, Ubisoft has announced the next iteration in the series known as The Crew Motorfest. While details are fairly small at the time of writing, there’s still a lot about the upcoming game that we know following its official reveal.

Is There A Release Date For The Crew Motorfest?

The Crew Motorfest will launch on September 14, 2023, on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, and PC.

For anyone eager to jump in and check the game out, Ubisoft has opened up an Insider Program, allowing selected players an opportunity to get hands-on and test The Crew Motorfest before launch.

The Crew Motorfest Gameplay Details

While we may only have a small trailer to go off for the time being, an official site has appeared with more information about The Crew Motorfest. Set in the city of Honolulu, players are said to be able to drive around city streets, volcanic slopes, lush rainforests, and curvy mountain roads.

Similarly to the Forza Horizon series, it seems The Crew Motorfest will be based around a festival, focusing on a wide range of cars. Official images released showcase beautiful sports cars, along with off-road vehicles, indicating a huge variety of racing opportunities.
