You can get the Soul Cane in HAZE PIECE from Mr Skeleton on Impel Jail Island. You will need to be at least level 1,300 to get to this island, and the Soul Cane can be purchased from Mr Skeleton for 100,000 Beli.
To find Mr Skeleton, head across the bridge onto the main courtyard and there should be a couple of trees to your left. Head over to these trees and a name should appear behind the wall to the left. Walk through the wall and Mr Skeleton should be right there, allowing you to purchase the Soul Cane and strengthen your character.

All Soul Cane weapon abilities
The main strength of the Soul Cane in HAZE PIECE comes from its abilities, which we have listed below:
- Z: Soul Thrust
- Send a massive air projectile towards a target (unlocked at Sword Level 50)
- X: Soul Parade
- Freezes all enemies surrounding you (unlocked at Sword Level 100)
