Forza Horizon 5 house locations aren’t just somewhere to put your feet up at the end of a hard day’s drifting. These lovely homes spread throughout Forza Horizon 5 also come with their own set of perks, ranging from a nice boost to absolutely essential. Here are all of the Forza Horizon 5 house locations including the perks that come with them.

Casa Bella

Starting out the Forza Horizon 5 house locations, we have your literal starter home, Casa Bella. This house is gifted to you when you start the game, and comes with the Skill Song perk. This means that on occasion songs will play over the radio, unlocking double multipliers for the duration of that song. This is the perfect way to build up those skill points to boost points scores even further. It is located in the southern half of the Forza Horizon 5 map just east of Baja California.

Moving to one of the slightly more expensive Forza Horizon 5 house locations is La Cabana, which comes in at 150,000 CR. This house gifts you with one of the Forza Horizon 5 barn locations rumours, which you need to build up your retro car collection. However, outside of this rumour, you won’t get a perk from this house. You can find this Forza Horizon 5 house location in Dunas Blancas, right on the west coast at Bahia De Plano.

The next Forza Horizon 5 house location can be found in Gran Patano, to the west to the Ek’ Balam ruins. This one will set you back 700,000 CR, and while it does unlock the Porsche 959, it doesn’t come with its own perk. However, it can still make for a decent fast travel point.

Switching out the jungle for the east coast, this Forza Horizon 5 house location will be free to those with Forza VIP. If you don’t have Forza VIP, Lugar Tranquilo will cost you 700,000 CR. However, unlike Buena Esperanza, this Forza Horizon 5 house location comes with the Horizon Promo perk, which gives you accolade points for taking pictures of your cars. It even made it into our Forza Horizon 5 tips. You can locate Lugar Tranquilo in Riviera Maya next to the Playa Azul coastal road.

Next up in our Forza Horizon 5 house locations we have La Casa Solariega, which is the first home to coast its way over one million credits. Costing a whopping 1,500,000 CR, La Casa Solariega is located in Cordillera, right next door to the Teotihuacan ruins. It grants you with the #FORZATHON Points Boost perk, meaning you can earn double the amount of #FORZATHON points.

This has to be one of the best Forza Horizon 5 house locations, as it comes with the Fast Travel perk, allowing you to fast travel to literally any road in the map. Fast travel will still cost you 9,200 CR a pop, but this allows you to be more precise. Located along the western coast just south of Dunas Blancas, Buenas Vistas costs 2,000,000 CR.

The last of the Forza Horizon 5 house locations is by far the most expensive, coming in at a tear-jerking 5,000,000 credits. However, if you are consistent enough of a player, then you could steadily make your money back as Hotel Castillo comes with the Daily Wheelspin perk, gifting you with a free wheelspin for every day you log into the game. What’s even better is that you can take in the lovely views of Guana Juato to your south.
