If we want Fish Thicc to join the heist crew, we need to help him fish up and collect Coral Buddy gym equipment in Fortnite.
The Coral Buddies are important to Fish Thicc, so giving these creatures a place to exercise in Fortnite is the primary objective of the Snapshots Quests for Fish Thicc.

Where to fish up and collect Coral Buddy gym equipment

Altogether, there are 14 Fish Thicc Quests. The Fish Thicc Quests are relatively rudimentary to start, but the task of fishing up and collecting Coral Buddy gym equipment is when things begin to get tricky.
Fish Thicc wants sea-worthy equipment, but where can you find gym equipment suited for the Coral Buddies? It's not explained in-game, but you can fish up Coral Buddy gym equipment at any of the Fishing Spots around the Island.
Take a Fishing Rod to a Fishing Hole and cast a line out into the water. Now, wait for something to bite and reel in the fresh catch. It won't happen every time, but occasionally, a piece of Coral Buddy gym equipment will float to the surface, too!
Continue fishing at Fishing Spots until you collect five pieces of Coral Buddy gym equipment. Knotty Nets, in particular, is an excellent location for fishing, but you can find Fishing Holes all over the Island.
After that, all that's left to do is use the equipment to build a gym in Fish Thicc's basement aquarium and invite the Coral Buddies over, and you can officially recruit Fish Thicc to the heist crew!
Rewards for Fortnite Fish Thicc Snapshots quests
Every Fish Thicc Quest you complete will net you 25K XP. Furthermore, you will earn special Fish Thicc-themed cosmetics for completing certain numbers of Snapshots Quests for Fish Thicc, including the Reef Cake Fish Thicc Style.
