Fortnite Creative Mayhem is a special Creative Mode competition occurring over the next few weeks. Eligible Fortnite participants will compete for the fastest deathrun times against others in their region. Everyone that participates can earn some free rewards for their efforts, while the best of the best will get a chance to play alongside their favourite content creators in the $100,000 Fortnite Creative Mayhem Global Finals.

Fortnite Creative Mayhem: What Is Creative Mayhem?
Fortnite Creative Mayhem is a Fortnite competition set in Creative Mode. Participants will compete and battle for the best times in a deathrun map.
Everyone that gets in on the action can earn some free rewards in the process while the individuals with the very best times will have the chance to play on the same team as their favourite content creators, plus a shot at the $100,000 prize pool.
Fortnite Creative Mayhem: How To Sign Up
You'll need to officially sign up for the Fortnite Creative Mayhem challenge if you want to be eligible for the competition and the free rewards.
To sign up, head to https://creativemayhem.fortnite.com/ and log in to your Epic Games account. Anyone 13 years or older can participate, as long as you have a valid Epic Games account to log in to.
Fortnite Creative Mayhem: How To Participate
Click to enlargeNow that you're signed up, it's time to jump into the mayhem. Fortnite Creative Mayhem participants have until February 14 at 2pm GMT to participate in the event and submit their best time.
Follow the steps below to submit your deathrun times:
- Sign up on the website with your Epic Games account
- Play through the Creative Mayhem map
- Record your run-through on the Creative Mayhem map
- Choose your favourite Creator
- Upload your video on YouTube
- Share the link to your video and your best time on the Fortnite Creative Mayhem website
You can enter the Creative Mayhem maps through the Discover page or by inputting the Island Code — 7266-3680-0768.
Participants with the best times will be invited to take part in the Creative Mayhem Main Event alongside their favourite Creator.
All submissions will be reviewed between February 15-22 to determine the qualifying participants.

Fortnite Creative Mayhem: How To Qualify For The Main Event
Fortnite Creative Mayhem participants with the top times in their region will receive an email informing them that they have qualified for the Main Event Qualifiers. If you meet the requirements, you'll join your selected Creator in the ultimate competition against seven other Creators in your region and their communities.
The Main Event Qualifiers will conclude with one Creator and their community coming out victorious as the champion of their country/region. Then, on March 12, 2022, the top teams from each region will face off in the Global Finals for a grand total prize pool of $100,000.
The dates for the Main Event Qualifiers and Global Finals are as follows:
Qualifier Dates:
- February 26-27, 2022: France, Poland, Germany, Italy
- February 26-27, 2022: Russia, Middle East, Spain, North America
- March 5-6, 2022: South America, Brazil, Australia, Japan
Grand Finals Date
- March 12, 2022: Top team from each region

The Love Reigns Emoticon will be awarded to everyone who signs up for Fortnite Creative Mayhem on the website. Additionally, the Mace of Hearts Pickaxe will be handed out to everyone that plays on the Fortnite Creative Mayhem map for 30 minutes or more.
If you're not too serious about the competition and just want the free rewards, you can still earn the rewards without submitting any times or uploading any videos.
