A lot of people are wondering where the Farming Simulator 22 Goldcrest Valley mod is, because it's one of the most popular mods in the whole series. Originally starting out in Farming Simulator 17, it was then modernized for Farming Simulator 19. If you're looking for the Farming Simulator 22 Goldcrest Valley mod, we've got everything you need to know.

Originally, Goldcrest Valley was a North American map in Farming Simulator 17, which allowed the player to start with a certain group of harvesters, tractors, storages, and shelters. This was then turned into a mod for Farming Simulator 19, which included a lot more content, and can be seen with some extra detail in the screenshot above. The mod can be downloaded on the official Farming Simulator website and will download as a .zip archive file.

Alternatively, you can install the mods in-game, which is a significantly easier way to download the mods as you don’t have to worry about finding which file placement to put them in. Goldcrest Valley is a highly rated mod on the Farming Simulator website, with a 4.1 rating and with over 10,000 reviews. On top of that, the Goldcrest Valley mod can be used on all platforms, which is a nice touch for console players who are often left out of mod discussions.

Farming Simulator 22 Goldcrest Valley: Why Is It So Popular?

Originally, Goldcrest Valley was an essential map in Farming Simulator 17 that had to be played, so a lot of people liked it for different reasons. For example, people liked it due to the husbandry, and being able to see animals out and about on their fields. Some liked the American feel of the fields, and some just found it cozy. There were all sorts of reasons that people liked the original, and a lot of people were excited when it got ported over as a mod to Farming Simulator 19. This mod was created by someone called Puma 145. The mod is relatively small in size, even after the updates that were made to it.

When the mod was released, the reviews were mixed. There were a lot of issues on both console and PC as there weren’t any animals, workers couldn’t be hired, the texture and lighting seemed off, and more. However, the mod was continuously updated, including husbandry, more machinery, and fewer bugs, allowing the mod to get better reviews once it was released and updated for Farming Simulator 19.

It is unknown at the moment whether Goldcrest Valley is in the works for Farming Simulator 22. There is currently only one page of mods on the official website for Farming Simulator 22, however, there are plenty more mods out there already. Still, no sign of Goldcrest Valley yet, but it's safe to say that since the original was so popular, there's a good chance a Farming Simulator 22 Goldcrest Valley mod could come along.

If it is to be released for Farming Simulator 22, this guide will be updated with the details on the mod, and how to download and install the mod as soon as possible.
