This is one of the harder Evergoal fights in the game, and even reaching it can be difficult. It's located on the very north-west tip of the Moonlight Altar, which is the plateau located in the south-west of Liurnia.
Before reaching this area, you will need to finish most of the Elden Ring Ranni questline. Once you've crossed the Lake of Rot and defeated Elden Ring Astel in the underground chamber, you can take an elevator up to the altar. From there, take the path to the left, past some dragons, and eventually it will take you to the Evergoal.
