Completing any SBC in EA FC 24 is made so much easier will a list of the cheapest 86 rated players, as it saves you time when building your squad and avoids you wasting your hard-earned coins on overpriced cards.

I can't tell you how much time I've spent trying to figure out which players I should be buying for a Squad Building Challenge in the game, and often laziness overcomes everything and I end up overspending. The table below removes that entirely though, getting you straight to the players you need, and all you need to do now is go out and buy them for your squads.

It's not just 86s that we've got you covered on though, with lists for the cheapest 84, 85, 87, and 88 rated players too.

EA FC 24 cheapest 86 rated players

Player Price
Trent Alexander-Arnold 13,000 coins
Jill Roord 13,250 coins
Toni Kroos 13,250 coins
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic 13,250 coins
Riyad Mahrez 13,250 coins
Wojciech Szczesny 13,250 coins
Christopher Nkunku 13,500 coins
Lauren Hemp 13,500 coins
Mary Earps 13,500 coins
Kim Little 13,500 coins
Vivianne Miedema 13,500 coins

As you can see, the average price of an 86 rated card right now in EA FC 24 is around 13,500 coins - which is probably the minimum of what you should expect to pay from this point onwards.

There will be further spikes when popular, higher-rated SBCs drop like full Icon or Hero challenges, so don't feel like now is a bad time to invest. There are also about another 10 players around the same price too, so there's plenty of variety if some of those listed above spike beyond the average price.

Building an 86 rated squad will cost you around 148,500 coins, which isn't too bad considering the current crop of SBC players or special packs that an 86 squad can get you.

Do bear in mind that you don't need a full squad of 86s to get the rating to match, as you can often drop in two 85s, or include an 87 or 88 card to drop the ratings even further. Depending on the price of surrounding ratings, this might be the way to go.

You should be well on your way to the latest rewards now, but once you're done saving coins with the cheapest players, make sure to check out our EA FC homepage as we've got plenty more in the ways of tips and guides to check out.
