An electric set of skins has been added to CS2 with the Kilowatt Case, and we've got all of the items for you to check out, alongside what you need to do to get the case in-game.

Covert skins for the AWP and AK-47, gorgeous new options for the M4A1-S and USP-S, a new knife in the form of the Kukri - and even a skin for the Zeus! This is likely to be one of the most popular cases in recent memory, and perhaps home to some of the most expensive skins in the game.

Arriving with a new set of exciting animations, the Kukri knife will definitely be a popular choice - and variants like the Fade and Case Hardened will set you back a fair amount.

AK-47 | Inheritance (Covert)

This white and blue pattern is utterly stunning, and is something I'd love to add to my inventory if it didn't cost in the hundreds!

AWP | Chrome Cannon (Covert)

While they looked amazing before, the lighting updates in CS2 have made chrome-style reflective skins even more appealing, and this one will light up the server alongside your electrifying flicks.

M4A1-S | Black Lotus (Classified)

I've always felt that the M4A1-S skin collection has been weaker than its louder counterpart, so this is a very welcome addition that adds beautiful deep blues to your loadout.

Zeus x27 | Olympus (Classified)

The prospect of a Zeus skin in general is enough to set the community alight, but they've knocked it out of the park with this one - as you summon the power of the Greek god to take down your enemies.

USP-S | Jawbreaker (Classified)

Combining graffiti aesthetics with a classic monster design, the Jawbreaker skin adds plenty of character to those all-important pistol rounds and will make your 1v4 retake look even more impressive too.

Here are all of the Restricted and Mil-Spec skins too:

  • M4A4 | Etch Lord (Restricted)
  • Glock-18 | Block-18 (Restricted)
  • MP7 | Just Smile (Restricted)
  • Sawed-Off | Analog Input (Restricted)
  • Five-SeveN | Hybrid (Restricted)
  • MAC-10 | Light Box (Mil-Spec)
  • SSG 08 | Dezastre (Mil-Spec)
  • XM1014 | Irezumi (Mil-Spec)
  • Nova | Dark Sigil (Mil-Spec)
  • UMP-45 | Motorized (Mil-Spec)
  • Tec-9 | Slag (Mil-Spec)
  • Dual Berettas | Hideout (Mil-Spec)

While the two Covert skins and the new Kukri knife are obvious highlights, perhaps the most intriguing item for me here is the Zeus skin - which players have been requesting for years and years now.

This somewhat opens the floodgates as the first piece of equipment to receive a unique skin, so we could perhaps see decals for grenades and other similar items in the future if this goes well. Who knows? You could be chucking from one of the best grenade spots on Dust2 with a Case Hardened Smoke or Molotov Lore.

How to get the Kilowatt Case in CS2

The Kilowatt Case can either be purchased from the Community Market or received as a part of the Prime Drop pool as you play.

The price will be high immediately after the release of the case as the demand far outweighs the supply, but as time goes on it should drop into the $0.20-0.50 range and become far more viable to open.

You have the potential to score big if you manage to get one from a Prime Drop now, as even the worst skins in the case have an inflated value, and the rarest skins are likely at their highest price.

Make sure to check out our Counter-Strike homepage for more guides like this, including all of the best pro-player crosshair codes - and you can even try out the new Kukri for free with these knife commands.
