Out of all the bugs, glitches, and horribly unready updates that we've had landed in the Call of Duty series over the years, we might have just seen the worst ever.

In fact, vocal fans on social media are branding Seaosn 1 Reloaded with just that tag.

Warzone and Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 Reloaded is being dubbed as "the worst update Call of Duty update of all time".

Warzone S1 Reloaded update completely breaks Urzikstan

Over on Warzone, Season 1 Reloaded wasn't actually supposed to be a massive update. Most of the weight, for the first time in years, was actually being given to multiplayer.

But instead of making some nice, friendly, and easy tweaks to Warzone, and adding in a Champions Quest for a Tactical Nuke run, the battle royale physically broke.

First up was a loadout glitch which completely ruined the weapon drops, as anyone trying to access their guns would enter a crashed menu, which couldn't be escaped, entrapping your player on the spot.

The first victim of this was none other than Tim "TimTheTatman" Betar, as he got caught in his first game.

"Call of Duty, I'm not exaggerating, this might be the worst update I've ever seen. I'm not kidding," he said.

An unintended earthquake has also ripped through the map, as buildings and landscapes have warped to its will, tearing up turf and making visible ripples all over Urzikstan.

Popular Call of Duty page CharlieIntel also tweeted their similar thoughts to TimTheTatman, saying, "I think this is the worst Call of Duty update of all time. Oof."

Modern Warfare 3 is no better

If you thought that you could take a day off Warzone and head to multiplayer, well, that's not much better, as Modern Warfare 3 Ranked has been indefinitely delayed due to a "critical issue".

Evil Groot has also returned, as the dastardly Gaia skin has been added back, dividing opinions.

One saving grace might be Rio, the new map in MW3, which has launched with its own 24/7 Mosh Pit mode and has been quite a fresh addition to a limited original map pool.

Still, let's hope this isn't a sign of things to come in 2024, and instead, just a lapse after the holiday season.
