Warzone is still going strong after the controversial Verdansk ‘84 update. Whether fans love or hate the changes made to the popular battle royale title, the gameplay has remained largely the same. And, as such, the progress of the game moves forward as it continues to boost its player-base. Now, an extra buff is coming to those players who have stuck with the game thus far, but intriguingly, it’s not coming to all of us.

Who’s Getting Warzone’s Double XP?

Warzone’s double XP is coming back, but sorry to those on Xbox or PC - it’s for PlayStation users only.

As part of PlayStation’s Play At Home initiative, Activision are offering PS4 and PS5 players of Warzone double XP, in the form of a collection of tokens. It’s a useful way of bringing double XP to players, as it gives them the chance to choose when they activate the bonus. They’re all hour-long tokens too, so you’ve got a hell of a lot of time to put the tokens to use.

The tokens will be available to claim from May 20 until June 6, so grab them quick when they come out!

All you have to do to claim the tokens is open the in-game message of the day when the promotion is in effect, and you can pick them up there! Simples!

Warzone isn’t the only multiplayer game that’s reaping the benefits of the Play At Home initiative. The likes of Brawlhalla, World of Tanks, Warframe and more are getting their own buffs, so if you play those games on PlayStation too, you’re in luck with some extra added bonuses.

If you’ve been away from Verdansk for a little while, here’s your chance to get back into the swing of things, with an XP bonus to boot!
