Just as Star Wars fever is kicking in with the release of Jedi: Survivor, Call of Duty fans have apparently been influenced by the Sith and are becoming their own version of Emporer Palpatine.

With Cal Kestis' legacy proving to be quite a hit (aside from some PC performance problems) the galaxy far, far away is actually coming a bit too close to home.

That's right, the force has awakened in Warzone 2, as the rabble of cheaters and hackers in the battle royale title are now using the Force to plague opponents.

With Warzone hackers being rather low-key at the moment, what with a range of new protections in Ranked and from Ricochet, only a few mediocre wall-hacks and long-time Cronus users have slipped through the net. Or so we thought.

A new video has now emerged that shows one hacker combining the classic wall hacks with an aimbot, but instead of shooting, they're using the force to choke out full squads of enemies in the style of Darth Vader. The new Sith lord has gone viral on TikTok and even joked that their "loadout" was their hands.

Warzone players stunned by new Force hacks

The video clearly demonstrates just how game-breaking the Force hack is in Warzone 2, and fans have quickly shared their displeasure.

"I don't think we've ever had cheaters this bad during the main support year since the warzone era," one fan said on Twitter. Another joked, "POV: Anakin walks into a room full of younglings."

Some other fans rubbished that this was a Star Wars hack, and instead, claimed that they were using web shooters like Spider-Man. "Bro looks like Spider-Man. You see that sh*t coming out of his wrists? That's not the force. That’s Spider-Man," they said on Twitter.

Both Star Wars and Spider-Man have been partnering with Fortnite in recent weeks, leaving fans to agree that they should stay there instead of invading Warzone.
