Bravo Six, Going Dark

- Captain John Price

Such as the captain says, Warzone could finally be set to be played in the depths of the night. This mode has been teased throughout the lifetime of Modern Warfare, as they have implemented night time versions of Hackney Yard and Azhir Cave, but never in Warzone. However, as players look towards Black Ops Cold War, Infinity Ward look set to pull the rabbit out of the hat and up the antics for their grand finale.

Before they pass the baton to Treyarch, Infinity Ward are set to give their fans a finale to remember, by casting shadows over Verdansk. According to prominent Call of Duty leakers and Twitter presence, ModernWarzone, the Warzone Nightfall Mode is set to land in Modern Warfare Season 5, and may have found what it will look like.

Whilst the image has been discredited after being circulated on Reddit some time ago, this still gives us a very good example of what is set to come, as ModernWarzone confirm that Nightfall is in the Season 5 files. They were also sent images of Warzone Nightfall mode earlier this month.

Again, these pictures cannot be verified, as is the wonderful world of photoshop these days, however, the concept for them looks realistic... and super creepy.

Warzone Nightfall would be a campers paradise, however, it would add a huge emphasis on stealth and tactics rather than mindless kill racing, almost replicable of the PlayerUnkown Battlegrounds game style. Having to check every corner and heighten your sixth sense, this game mode would be one of the most entertaining LTM's to hit Warzone. Never have Kali Sticks posed such a threat.
