Riot Games’ upcoming title Valorant, a 5v5 FPS, has been rumoured to include skins from its sister release, League of Legends. Rumours have been flying ever since the initial mention of Valorant (or ‘Project A’ as it was initially titled) that a collaboration could happen between the two games.

However, Riot has since addressed those rumours and confirmed that there are “no future plans to incorporate any ties” between the two games.

IGN Benelux reporter Qwixzo took to Reddit to quash the initial leak he reported, that URF, the unofficial mascot for League of Legends, could be appearing in Valorant.

He went on to say, “Riot has contacted me since and says they aren’t planning to bring URF or any League of Legends affiliated items to Valorant.” “They want to make it clear that Valorant will have no ties with League of Legends whatsoever.”

With a beta test on the way (hopefully) and the full release in Summer 2020, more details are sure to be announced regarding all cosmetic items,
