Nvidia Leak 'Confirms' Nintendo Games For PC
Nvidia GeForce really needs to up its security detail. The gaming processing units are designed to be a great benefit to gamers, but the most interesting thing about the product is what they don't want to tell us that helps the public the most.
2021 has had a few leaks from Nvidia, revealing a whole host of potential games that could be on the way, primarily for PC, and potentially uprooting a lot of announcement plans in the process.
And, would you believe, there's been another leak - and it's a doozy.
Nvidia GeForce Leak Hints At Nintendo Games On PC
A brand-new leak from Nvidia has suggested that some Nintendo characters could be making the transition over to PC. It's a big shock, especially given how reluctant Nintendo has been since its leap into video games for its mascots to nestle in anywhere but official Nintendo consoles. This could be the start of something new.
Some eagle-eyed fans have looked the latest leak up and down and think they've spotted evidence that both Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle and Super Mario Bros. Wii could arrive on PC.
It's a bold step for Nintendo to take - but some fans are adamant it's on the way.
Why Do Fans Think Mario Is Coming To PC?
The specifics of the supposed "confirmation" is curious - fans seem to believe that these games will be coming to PC as part of a "Multiplatform project" suggested by Nintendo, which also includes mention of new additions to the franchises of Banjo-Kazooie, Guitar Hero and Pokemon, as well as a new solo title for Diddy Kong.
As Nvidia's leaks are so broad and wide-reaching with every single game suggested being a possible placeholder or simply incorrect, there's truly no way of knowing any kind of legitimacy until we get an official reveal from Nintendo, or whoever it is they're working with to bring these ports to life.
We'll just have to wait and see if this is true, but if it is, it could mark the beginning of a new era of interactivity from Nintendo. Fingers crossed it's true - because Mario could yet become bigger than ever.
