Killjoy entered VALORANT on August 4, and has quickly ascended to one of the most-picked agents in the game. Her turret has often been described as being her team's sixth sense, allowing it to hold down angles and chip away at opponents health.

With key positioning, the turret can be a crucial form of knowledge and recon, even if it doesn't pick up kills. By firing at opponents that are trying to push a bomb site, the turret can inform the team where the enemy is advancing towards, which can allow Killjoy and her allies to rotate.

As a vital part to the meta, the location of the turret is paramount to Killjoy's success too. By finding locations that can see multiple angles, the turret it most effective. One Reddit user has taken to the platform to showcase the best turret locations in every map on VALORANT.

The user, by the name of u\_Zoko_ showcases multiple locations for each bombsite where the Killjoy turret is most effective.

Panning across every map, including the newly introduced Icebox, Zoko dives into each bombsite and displays nifty angles where the drone can see multiple entryways on to a bomb site, which is perfect for a player looking to improve on their defensive capabilities. It can also be effective in attack too, being able to protect the spike once it has been planted.

The one criticism of many of these angles is pointed out in the comments. Another user stated: "Turrets that cover a ton of angles are also vulnerable to being shot from a ton of angles", which can be detrimental from the success of the turret. Whilst these may be great at a lower rank, the higher you fly through VALORANT, many players may look to shut down Killjoy's recon and destroy the turret from the start. Sometimes, subtlety can be effective too.
