The Call Of Duty franchise has some of the most despicable villains in the entire gaming industry. Various video game antagonists have committed some of the most horrendous crimes, so much, so we compiled a list of the best gaming villains of all time.
However, there is something incredibly sinister about the terrifying baddies of Call Of Duty, from Gabriel T. Rorke to Lev Kravchenko. However, given the abundance of horrific evil deeds these characters commit, which villain can be considered as the most evil has always been a question mark for fans.
Now, a post on Reddit has sparked a lively debate to decide, once and for all, who is the most evil villain of the whole Call Of Duty franchise.

Who Is The Most Evil Villain In Call Of Duty?
According to the comments from the fans on the post, the title for the most evil villain in Call Of Duty is a toss-up between drug-lord Raul Menendez from Black Ops II and Strike Team or Vladimir Makarov from the Modern Warfare games. Looking at some of the reasons why, it's understandable why these two bad guys are up for the running as the worst of them all.

One fan voted for Menendez: "Hacked into a carrier, stole the entire of the DOS’ drones, destroyed a city, drones, multiple attack plans around the world. And finally a heavy influence around the globe." Another said: "Makarov, no doubt. Nuked a whole city, shot up an airport and started ww3 without any regrets." Fair enough.
Of course, this is all personal opinion, and it might all change once baddy Hermann Wenzel Freisinger rolls up in Vanguard. That's if the zombies don't give him a run for his money. Some Of The Most Evil Call Of Duty Villains Contenders
The Reddit post has prompted a hefty amount of debate about which Call Of Duty antagonist can take the Red Crown as the most evil villain. Some of the contenders in the post include, Savanah Mason-Meyer from Black Ops 4, Major General Nikita Dragovich from Black Ops 1, and Imran Zakhaev from Modern Warfare.
One fan on the post was quick to claim that the pure villain of the game franchise is "The developers". Although, another fan responded: "Activision* the developers don't have the freedom to do what they want to do, and probably they overwork and underpaid".
