We're only a few months into the Modern Warfare 3 cycle, but already, things are getting a little bit tedious. There are complaints of 'boring' collabs being revealed and a string of leaks for future content taking the edge off what would be quite the surprise.

So, it's not a huge surprise that the leakers have gotten a little bit bored with Modern Warfare 3 news and begun looking forward to the future.

They're not quite skirting all the way forward to Sledgehammer Games' next leaked game, but instead, focus has shifted to Black Ops Gulf War, with a list of guns now having been dropped by in-the-know aliases.

Black Ops Gulf War guns have been leaked

Ahead of the Cold War successor, a leaker by the name of "Konni Vondy" has revealed what appears to be a full list of weapons for Treyarch's next game, which will be much further down the development line than we may think - given it hasn't been a main studio in three years.

The leaked list consists of classic guns synonymous with the Black Ops subfranchise, such as AK-47, FN FAL, MP5, M16, Dragunov, Five-Seven, L96, and Stinger, while newer unknown weapons like PU-21, AEK-971, and Mossberg 500 also appear to be coming.

What's further is that the leaker also claims that Black Ops Gulf War won't be akin to Modern Warfare 2 and 3 in the way the guns will carry over, and instead, the weaponry will start afresh again.

In addition to those guns which will run riot on multiplayer and Warzone, the leaked list also has a footnote of two Zombies guns: Raygun and Jetgun.

The latter of these weapons has only ever been in one map in Zombies history, being exclusive to TranZit, which all but confirms either a remastered version in the rumoured Chronicles 2 or a sequel to the original map.

With plenty of time left before Black Ops Gulf War is announced, this leaked list may be subject to many tweaks, but should the two Zombies guns be correct, it looks like we'll be in for one hell of a year in the Aether world.
