The Warzone Last Hours of Verdansk event is finally upon us. It's time to say farewell to the battle royale map that has kept Call of Duty Warzone kicking, and Verdansk is going off with a bang. But what exactly can we expect from the Warzone Last Hours of Verdansk event? Here's everything we know about the end of Warzone's flagship map.

Warzone Last Hours Of Verdansk Start Time

The Warzone Last Hours Of Verdansk event is beginning today on December Monday 6 and will be coming to a close tomorrow on December Tuesday 7. The event playlist, titled simple "The Last Hours Of Verdansk Playlist" will be going live at 6PM GMT tonight.

The most interesting thing to wonder is what we can expect to come during the event, and as a part of the official playlist.

We can likely expect similar thrills to the Battle of Verdansk event, but there's nothing confirmed yet. There has, however, been a leak of the "Visions of Verdansk" thanks to a datamine. The mode suggests that with each new circle developing, players will see "flashbacks" of Verdansks throughout Warzone's history and some special items, giving the map a loving sendoff like no other.

Chances are that this alludes to seeing versions of the map from the past, for example the original map, Verdansk '84 and the map that appeared during the Numbers event. We'll have to wait and see if this is true, but it sounds about right for the game.

That's all we know about the Last Hours of Verdansk - a lot of it is still under wraps, so we'll just have to wait and see to know for sure what Warzone has to offer. Farewell, Verdansk - we hardly knew you, but we're looking forward to the Warzone Pacific map, Caldera.
