There will be three cover stars on UFC 5. The three stars that will be featured on the covers will be Alexander Volkanovski, Valentina Shevchenko and Israel Adesanya will be returning for a second game in a row.

Here is a little bit of info about each fighter:

Who is Alexander Volkanovski?

Alexander Volkanovski is the current UFC Featherweight Champion, after making his professional debut in 2016. He has been holding the title since despite having multiple fights in the meantime, although he did go up a weight class in February this year and lost against Islam Makhachev.

Who is Valentina Shevchenko?

Valentina Shevchenko is the second cover star on UFC 5. She first made her debut in 2016 and also went on to become champion. She doesn’t currently hold the Flyweight Championship but she did defend it on seven occasions, becoming the woman to have the most title wins in the history of the UFC’s Flyweight division.

Who is Isreal Adesanya?

UFC 5 marks the second time Israel Adesanya will appear on the cover of a UFC game after he also appeared on UFC 4. Adesanya still remains unbeaten and is the current two-time UFC Middleweight champion.

Right now, there are few fighters in the UFC on the level of Adesanya, hence why he is still on the cover after three years.

Who is on the UFC 5 Standard Edition?

The Standard Edition of UFC 5 will feature both Valentina Shevchenko and Alexander Volkanovski side-by-side. Alongside their cover star status, it would be safe to assume they will be some of the highest rated fighters in their respective weight classes.

Who is on the UFC 5 Deluxe Edition?

The Deluxe Edition will feature Israel Adesanya for his second appearance on the cover. Sadly, this will be digital only this version so you won't be able to have Adesanya on the box. We are also expecting Adesanya to be very highly rated in the game.

One of the most interesting aspects of this reveal is how the cover stars are in-game for the first time, not just pictures of the fighters. Maybe, this could be our first look at an in-game fighter, and if so, the detail is astounding.

That is all there is to know about who will be appearing on the cover of UFC 5. Right now, there isn’t much more information regarding the popular fighting game but we hope we will be able to see even more soon.
