Schematics are one of the most sought-after collectibles in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies. With these schematics, you can craft perks and weapons in the game and have them as soon as the game starts.

For instance, crafting the Ray Gun schematic will grant you the Ray Gun at the start of the match. With that said, here’s everything you need to know about every schematic in Modern Warfare 3 and instructions to unlock them.

How to unlock schematics in MW3 Zombies

The primary way to get Crafting Schematics in the Modern Warfare 3 Zombies is by completing the contracts and opening their reward rifts. However, because Crafting Schematics have a low drop rate and the rewards vary, you may have to do multiple contracts to get one.

You can also open Mercenary Loot Caches or Aether Loot Caches scattered across the map to get schematics in the game. The best way to find them is by clearing Aether Nests and Infested Strongholds in the Exclusion Zone. First, get your team ready and go to the Aether Nest that is nearest to you to invade it.

Then, you have to get inside the nest and blast all the yellow spores that are on the walls and roofs. Once you clear the nest, open all the Aether loot caches and exifil with the schematic obtained.

It’s worth noting that Aether Nests release a dangerous green gas that will damage you unless you have a Gas Mask equipped.

That concludes our guide on how to get Toxic Damage kills in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies. While you are here, check out the full MW3 campaign missions listall Killstreaks, and our slide-canceling explainer.
