Who are the best Top champions in League of Legends Season 13? With so many champions available in League of Legends, it's difficult to truly know who the best in a role is. Some champions are a lot easier to learn, while others have a large skill gap for players to master. Let's take a look at some of the most viable League of Legends Top lane picks currently in Season 13.

League Of Legends Best Top Champions: Dr. Mundo

In Patch 12.23, Dr. Mundo is currently the best-performing champion across all ranks. Everyone's favourite doctor is rocking a 55.27% win rate across all ranks, and a 52.7% win rate in Platinum and above.

He's a fairly simple and effective champion to take into a match and has a good amount of match-ups where he can put in work. Similar to other tanky bruisers, Dr. Mundo can soak up damage for the team and survive for ages. He must be doing something right to earn such a high win rate.

League Of Legends Best Top Champions: Darius

In lower ranks, Darius is as effective as ever. It's easy to catch people unaware of Darius' high early-game damage output and get a big lead in lane against less early-game-oriented champions.

Despite that, his win rate actually gets better the higher you climb. In Platinum he's sitting at 50.78%, which isn't the best, but for his ability to take over a game, Darius is well worth trying out.

League Of Legends Best Top Champions: Mordekaiser

A lot of the best Top laners have historically been those who can deal big damage while lasting a long time on the battlefield. Mordekaiser excels at causing carnage in a team fight, and it can take a long time to bring him down.

His win rate is currently 51.89% across all ranks, which is pretty impressive for a champion with a higher pick rate (8.9%).

League Of Legends Best Top Champions: Zac

Weirdly enough, Zac has become of the most potent Top laners in League of Legends. Most players will know him as a Jungler but more recently he has been showing up in the Top lane, and he's one of the best-performing champions there.

His tankiness and crowd control makes him a huge threat in team fights, earning him a 52.56% win rate across all ranks. Being able to pick off enemies with long-range CC is often key to finding advantages for your team, and Zac is particularly good at it.

League Of Legends Best Top Champions: Olaf

Olaf is a champion who gets better the higher you climb on the ladder. He still has a positive win rate at low ranks, but has a solid 52.34% win rate in Platinum and above.

Olaf can easily ignore the abilities of huge tanks like Zac and cut through the enemy team with his high, consistent damage.
