Navigate toward the Display Section and select the option to 'Adjust Desktop Size and Position.' Choose 'Aspect Ratio' and set it to 4:3, but if you want to stretch the resolution outward, you can select 'Scaling Option.'

Seeing as much of the screen as possible is extremely important in a game like VALORANT, as players come from anywhere, and you'll want to be ready to switch your aim to them quickly.
The game's default FOV is 103, which is a fairly high field of view in comparison to the average of 90 that most titles default to and most users stick with. Changing the game's ratio to 4:3 will also cause your FOV to lower to 71, which leaves you at a big disadvantage due to the restricted view.
Sadly, you are unable to change your FOV directly in the settings of VALORANT, and although the 103 default is more than enough for most people, users may want to raise or lower it slightly. This is only possible for users that own NVIDIA graphics cards, so players with other GPUs are out of luck.
