The latest high-profile Magic The Gathering crossover is none other than Assassin's Creed, the iconic Ubisoft franchise, so here's everything you need to know including the Universes Beyond set's release date.

Magic The Gathering is giving Fortnite a run for its money when it comes to collaborations. Following in the footsteps of Doctor Who, Lord of the Rings, and Fallout is Assassin's Creed, which will see characters like Ezio and Eivor grace the cards alongside weapons and locations from the games.

When does Universes Beyond: Assassin's Creed launch?

Magic The Gathering's Assassin's Creed crossover will be released on July 5, 2024.

This means you've got plenty of time to save up for whatever products you've got your eye on. The Collector Booster Box is looking very appealing to me...

Wizards of the Coast has teased that the Universes Beyond: Assassin's Creed set will feature "most" of the AC games released so far, with a mix of "mechanically unique cards and reprints that feature new artwork".

Expect to see weapons, characters, and real-world locations inspired by the Assassin's Creed games.

Some familiar faces on the cards include Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad, Ezio Auditore da Firenze, Edward Kenway, and Eivor Wolf-Kissed. Iconic items like the Animus, the Hidden Blade, and even the Haystack will get cards too.

Several characters will also get the showcase 'memory corridor' treatment, which are cards that feature stunning designs, while collectors will no doubt be on the hunt for the full set of borderless scene cards.
