• In the window that appears, scroll down to the very bottom
• Click the 'Redeem!' button and a window will pop up
• Enter your codes and then select 'OK' to claim your rewards

You'll know if a code has been successfully redeemed because the rewards will pop up at the bottom of your screen, along with a message saying it's successful.
