Jingle Hells, Plaguehound smells,
My exfil flew away,
Oh, what fun it is to find,
A Ray Gun to spray and pray.

Jingle Hells is coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War as the games' jolly jubilation in Season 1. Treyarch will deck the halls of Die Maschine in undead commodities that will send a chill down your spine this Christmas, turning the map into a winter wasteland.

Activision also teased some unfamiliar weapons will be making their way into the new mode, with snowballs adding to the festive firepower, augmenting your offensive capabilities by having the ability to freeze zombies, akin to the Frost Blast field upgrade. New Stocking power-ups will slide their way down the chimney, alongside presents you can extract from frozen foes, defeating the snowmen will drop some special surprises. Yes, giant undead snowmen, Merry Christmas.

The mundane Cranked game mode will be also heading to Zombies upon the launch on Season 1. The high-action mode will result in you in playing tactical whilst going hell for leather on hoards of the undead, with a countdown timer making sure that you're not resting on your lorels. Fail to kill a zombie before the time lapses and you'll be splattered into the Die Maschine floor before being scooped up and served for tea.

Black Ops Cold War is due to launch on December 16, which will also see the game integrate with both Warzone and Modern Warfare, initiating the three-way progression tiers and dropping your favourite weapons into Verdansk, or a new map...

Grab your minced pies, mulled wine, and console controller and prepare for some long nights. Winter is coming.
