Warzone Possessed

Call of Duty is full of spooks at the moment as Halloween has struck early. With Black Ops 6 coming just before the ghouls come out to dance at the end of October, Modern Warfare 3 has moved up the timeline for its grievous celebrations - partying with the undead while having one foot in the Call of Duty grave.

But while Michael Myers is busy helping Activision stab its loyal customers in the back, other supernatural forces appear to be possessing Warzone's corpses.

In a clip posted to Reddit, one player found that the spirits of Hades' underworld had risen into the streets of Vondel.

User "FrankTheTank1128" found a body that had just been killed and had become reanimated as a helicopter, getting dragged around the floor before propelling into the sky.

The dead body appeared possessed before turning into a chopper's propeller and uncontrollably started spinning around as it vanished into the clouds.

The user wasn't the only player left stunned by the events, either. There appeared to have been an enemy player who watched the possession unfold, too, before being sent to meet their own maker by a magazine full of lead.

"That’s some poltergeist shit," read one comment on Reddit, playing into the Season 6 hallows. Another added, "S**t, they really taking this year's Haunting to a new level."

Other fans joked that Black Ops 6's omnimovement had leaked into the battle royale early, mocking how quickly players can spin around in midair in the upcoming Treyarch title.

Warzone and Modern Warfare 3 doesn't appear to be safe for anyone, dead or alive, and maybe the only way to move to the afterlife peacefully is to have Jon Snow appear in the next collaboration to burn the bodies.
