When you think of lightning-fast TTKs in Warzone 2, it's usually associated with a meta AR, SMG, or sometimes even a shotgun.
Very rarely does a Marksman Rifle come to mind, especially in Season 5 Reloaded where the category is effectively ignored by the entire community.
Well, just because the majority of players have forgotten about rifles, doesn't mean they have nothing to offer. Sometimes, you can find a deadly hidden gem when testing out these low-pick-rate weapons.
Luckily, Warzone 2 guru Metaphor has done exactly that, labelling a Marksman Rifle that no one uses as "overpowered."

After testing out the LM-S, Metaphor is convinced the gun has the potential to be a meta contender thanks to its "overpowered" TTK at mid to long range.
Although the gun has been "slept-on" since its inception in Warzone 2, and "99%" of players have never used it, the rifle is criminally underrated.
The semi-automatic damage output is absurd and wipes out opponents in an instant, but you will need to be accurate to push its power to the limit.
It's essential that you run Overkill with the LM-S in your matches though, as having access to a devastating SMG is a must for close-quarter gunfights.
How popular is the LM-S in Warzone 2?
The LM-S is one of the very few guns on WZRanked that has such a low pick rate, that it registers as 0% on the system.
This means almost no one in Warzone 2 ever creates a loadout with this gun, meaning it effectively is never seen on Vondel or Al Mazrah.
So, if you want a truly underused weapon that can easily dominate your matches and catch foes off-guard, don't hesitate to use the LM-S.
