Ten Classic Cars Rocket League Could Introduce

Over the years Rocket League has dropped some incredible collaborations with blockbuster movies and other gaming franchises to create remakes of some timeless classic cars. Starting with the Hot Wheels range, Psyonix has moved forward drastically to recreate three Batmobiles, Dominic Toretto's Fast and Furious Dodge Ice Charger, and most recently dropped Ghostbusters' Ectomobile into Champions Field in the Haunted Hallows event.

Epic Games have also recently teamed with their other gaming Frnchise, Fortnite, to bring the Battle-Bus into Rocket League, opening a door to a range of possibilities for the game.

With that in mind, what's next for Rocket League? Which timeless classical cars could they bring in next? Well, we've named ten that would make for some incredible mashups.

#1 - Lightning McQueen

The obvious choice. Everyones favourite animate car would be a perfect fit for Rocket League. With the Chevrolet Corvette C1 body, Mcqueen could suit the same hitbox as a Breakout.

#2 - CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG

Aerials will never hit so good with the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Although the wings make for a bizarre hitbox, and LTM with unlimited boost made for flying would be a blast.

#3 - HERBIE

The typical Volkswagon Beetle has yet to worm its way into Rocket League and makes for a quite simple design. With plenty of space to play around with decals too, a Herbie range could be on the cards. A unique boost or goal explosion would go hand-in-hand with the talking car.

#4 - BUMBLEBEE

Transformers' golden boy is depicted as a Chevrolet Camaro amongst others and could come in a bundle akin to the Batmobile. Flexing on your opponents with a goal quip that transforms your car would be the ultimate flair after hitting that flip reset overtime winner. You won't be needing the "What a save!" quip after this.

#5 - FLYING FORD ANGLIA

The Ford Anglia is a simple car, but with Ron Weasley at the wheel barrel rolling around the Hogwarts Express then you'll likely hit some magical shots. A Harry Potter range of boosts, wheels, and decals would go down a treat. As long as they don't place a Whomping Willow in Champions Field.

#6 - MYSTERY MACHINE

Scooby Doo's Mystery Machine is a popular choice with the young generation, and could be a timely throwback for the zoomers. Following the same hitbox as the recently implemented Battle Bus, it could give the Merc a good run for its money.

#7 - THE BUZZARD EXCAVATOR

What a perfect design for you Spike Rush fanatics. Mad Max: Fury Road's deadly automobile would look great with a ball pinched to it spikes, as long as they're not sharp enough to pop it.

#8 - PINK SEDAN

"Eat my dirt". The popular Simpsons sedan would look quite sleek on Neon Fields, although it may be argued that the Plow King would make a better choice. Either way, a "doh" chatline or goal explosion would top this off.

#9 - Flintstones Footmobile

He'd need a pretty big leg day to get up for the aerials faster than the Octane, but the Footmobile could be a hilarious design that differs from anything else in the game.

#10 - MEAN MACHINE

To end the list, a collaboration with the classic Wacky Races franchise could be incredible. Dasterly and Mutley's Mean Machine would be the popular choice, although Penelope Pitstop's Compact Pussycat would make a good purr around Mansfield Arena.
