New Cold War Patch Has 'Ruined' Zombies Pack-A-Punch

Flying through the rounds of Call of Duty: Zombies gets tougher as the rounds go on, akin to Santa dropping down the chimneys after another round of milk and cookies.

But if Santa could slip himself a little juice and have some extra power in those beefy boots of his, then he'd probably box off his delivery round in a swift two hours. The same applies to those slaying their way through Die Maschine.

Grabbing yourself a frosty pint of Juggernog at the local Die Maschine boozer will give you the health to fend off zombies whilst you head to the pack-a-punch machine in order to get a flame induced Ray Gun to burn holes through the heart of the undead.  Or the reanimated carcasses of plaguehounds. Who knows what organs are underneath those sheets?

However, could you imagine the bitter taste of spending $5,000 just for your weapon to be nerfed back to its basic body? Well, after the Black Ops Cold War Season 1 patch, that's exactly what has happened. A glitch has occurred where zombies players have been pack-a-punching yet the weapon returning from the machine has been dropping all of its attachments bringing it back to its standard form.

The glitch surfaced through Reddit, where user "Filtairne" has gone viral by outlining the problem.

Treyarch Community Manager Josh Torres, aka FoxhoundFPS, responded to the glitch by stating that “we’re aware of both of these issues and have released a fix for the plaguehound related crashing issues” within the comments.

With hope, this will be implemented soon, as who needs 20,000 undead limbs coming racing towards you whilst you're pinging nerf darts?
