With Warzone 2 entering its final two weeks before being happily overhauled, the development team has got down and dirty with some major issues within the game. Now, two quite overpowered features have been hooked.

With a wealth of changes on the cards in Warzone 2 Season 2, players can expect their standard go-to arsenal to change quite significantly.

But, some changes will need to be made sooner rather than later, as the Ultimate Perk Birdseye and the Field Upgrade Revive Pistol will no longer be available in your Warzone 2 backpack.

Birdseye and Revive Pistols Removed From Warzone 2

Raven Software took to Twitter to reveal that both the Birdseye Perk and Revive Pistol have been temporarily removed, and have updated their Trello board accordingly.

The issue with the revive pistol isn't as obvious as some other changes that are happening in Warzone 2, although some fans think it's because players have found an exploit to duplicate the field upgrade in-game and spawn unlimited self-revives.

Birdseye's removal comes off the back of a community rumble, with many feeling that the "Advanced UAV" status that it offers is completely overpowered.

Birdseye Has Been Replaced With Survivor Perk... Kind Of

Modern Warfare 2 fans might be well accustomed to the annoying Survivor pork, which allows players to get what's known as "last stand" - a self-revive in every life where the perk is activated.

Well, Survivor has now been added to the Warzone perk package, which Birdseye has been removed from, but without the last stand element.

In a bid to prevent every player from having one free self-revive, the developers have tweaked the Survivor perk in Warzone to reduce revive time and to live ping enemies that down you.

Both Birdseye and the Revive Pistol are expected to return in Season 2, in some capacity, although the perks will be getting overhauled to allow for complete customisation.
