It has been a long time coming, but finally, VALORANT has honoured all of its partnered esports teams with in-game capsules, designed to create revenue for teams and allow fans to represent their chosen colours.

The initiative comes as an added bonus to the Champions bundles, which arise every year to add to the prize pool for the elite World Championship event, and has seen an extremely positive reaction after being announced on February 21.

But not every organisation is steeped in VALORANT history, and instead, Counter-Strike bleeds through the veins of partnered teams, such as MIBR, who has taken this opportunity to sneak CS into its competitor's title.

As an organisation with a rich Counter-Strike history, having been in the esport since 2015 (under Immortals, later Made in Brazil from 2018 onwards), MIBR holds the original FPS tactical shooter close to their hearts. That has now been reflected in the recent VALORANT bundles.

On their Capsule Banner, MIBR depict a young gamer playing in front of their idol, donning a team jersey and decked out with takeaway food and energy drinks - such is the gamer diet.

Hidden inside the image is a mimic of the artwork for Counter-Strike 1.6, which can be seen on the screen that the young player is clicking on.

"Inspired by the beginning of everything, the first gamer setup and the golden age of online games, our Team Capsule tells ours, yours and the stories of several Brazilian players," MIBR said on Twitter regarding the Capsule.

The VALORANT bundles have been extremely well-received by the community, although Counter-Strike stans are now rallying to defend the sticker market. It continues to pick up pace and value, and can also be used to customise your craft, supporting multiple of your favourite squads.

But it's not like VALORANT and Counter-Strike fans to argue, right... Still, the rather expensive VCT team bundles are all now live in VALORANT, and you can support your favourite org and players by investing in their historical Capsules.
