Dallas based Esports organization Team Envy have returned to Rocket League Esports after a near two year hiatus with the signing of the Vanguard roster of Allushin, Atomic & mist.

Envy was previously in Rocket League with a European side, signing the Northern Gaming roster after they were victorious in the season three world championship, however, their stint was far from successful, with only a couple of top four LAN placings,  before being sent to the relegation tournament. They would qualify for the season five world championship but would only come 7th-8th before Envy would release the roster as they focused their efforts on basing all their rosters in North America.

Vanguard, on the other hand, the ex-Ghost Gaming roster has recently staked their claim as a top-four side in NA, coming 3rd-4th in the RLCS regional championship and 2nd in the Astronauts Star Circuit finals. And with Ghost Gaming being forced to downscale due to the economic effect of COVID-19 on the Esports industry, it hasn’t presented an unsigned top four NA side for Envy to finally sign.

You can catch Envy in action in the Rocket League Spring Series Saturday April 25th & Sunday April 26th from 12PM EST/6PM CEST
