Currently, I've found that there's only one code available to redeem in-game after testing a few different ones. Still, it's worthwhile as you need to buy your way to better scores - and Gems are a top-tier currency in this game.
The game's main page says that a new code is coming when the game reaches 500,000 likes, and considering it is currently around 350K, that might take a while.
How to redeem codes

- Press the Cog icon on the left to bring up the Settings menu
- Click Codes in the top right
- Type any active code into the Enter Code text box
- Click Enter to redeem your rewards
