Is Shredder coming to MW2?
In short, it seems that the iconic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles villain Shredder is set to come to Modern Wafare 2 soon.
The official Call of Duty Twitter account released a teaser video on March 8 with the caption "a new evil will rise", which served as an announcement.
In the 15-second video, we see a bunch of shots panning around a character, showing off their weapons, helmet, and outfit, before pulling back to reveal a full silhouette.
While the video doesn't explicitly say it's Shredder, his design is unmistakable, and considering COD is a property that has no trouble attracting high-profile crossovers, it's safe to say it's the TMNT villain himself.
The trailer ends by revealing that Shredder will be coming to the game on March 21, which is just under two weeks away as of writing this.
We're unsure how exactly this crossover will pan out and whether there will be more TMNT content coming to MW2; Shredder may just be a new operative or an enemy that can be fought as part of a special event. Regardless of how he's going to be included, we'll likely find out much more about the crossover closer to March 21.
That's all for our TMNT crossover explanation, and now you know that Shredder is coming to MW2 in some form on March 21.
