To heal other players, you will need to press 5 on the keyboard to bring out the med kit item. Now, you can either target a friendly player and hold the right mouse button to heal them, or press X to throw down the med kit, healing all allies in the area of effect.
You'll know that you're healing other players as you will get XP notifications on the screen, and a white cross surrounded by a green circle will appear on them, with the circle filling up as they regain HP.
