The vastly growing 'ZooMafia' are set to charged with their beloved Italian Stallion into a brand-new battle, as Thomas "ZooMaa" Paparatto has revealed that he is launching his own team to compete in the Call of Duty Challengers scene.

Always one for barraging into new challenges hooves-first, ZooMaa has escalated from the stables into Call of Duty stardom following his retirement from competitions.

Firstly hosting the most-watched chat show in the community with The Flank, ZooMaa has now set his sights on a Nadeshot-esque career path with a new team: Stallions.

ZooMaa Launches Stallions - A New Call of Duty Team

Having signed as a content creator for FaZe Clan, ZooMaa's allegiances for the Call of Duty league have swung from New York Subliners to the franchise for his parent organisation - the reigning world champions Atlanta FaZe. Also having a soft spot for OpTic Gaming of whom he spent two months at during his playing career, ZooMaa now has a brand-new team to sport, coming in from his own branding.

Nicknamed the "Italian Stallion" for his familial background and his race-like approach to the submachine gun role, ZooMaa has now launched a CDL Challengers side named "Stallion".

The organisation based on ZooMaa's brand was revealed on social media on March 2, although the roster has yet to be revealed.

ZooMaa To Fund Stallions' CDL Challengers Season

Speaking on stream, ZooMaa admitted that he couldn't support the team with a salary, rather allowing them to represent his brand while he assists in paying for flights and accommodation to events around the United States. The family background to his brand was further reinforced as the ex-pro revealed that his cousin, Vinny, will act as the unnamed teams' head coach and manager.

The team is expected to be a rather unknown roster, staying clear of any former pros who will be expecting salaries to represent a brand. Scepticism surrounding which quadfecta will be joining ZooMaa's team was heightened as Challengers duo of Matthew "KiSMET" Tinsley and Kaden "Exceed" Stockdale both took to the replies to stir up the drama, seemingly disgruntled at now being a part of the team.

The Challengers' scene recently received a welcome boost as Minnesota ROKKR revealed that they are hosting a LAN event for the second-tier competition prior to their home series at the Major 2 in April. With a $500,000 prize pool, it's likely we'll see ZooMaa and a pack of Stallions charging their way to Minneapolis in hopes of securing the bag.

Maybe we'll see ZooMaa come out of retirement should the team need him, if he can stay clear of the thumb injury which cut short his playing career.
